Big Camp 2014 Audio

"Big Camp" is a colloquial term for the annual convention of the NNSW Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. This event is held each year at the Seventh-day Adventist Convention Centre in Stuarts Point, NSW. It's a 10-day event filled with music, worship, inspirational speakers and activities for all ages. This event is run for members of the Seventh-day Adventist Church in the NNSW Conference. This year's Big Camp was held from 18 to 26 April. Audio from a selection of the worships, sermons and presentations shared at Big Camp 2014 can be found below.

Big Tent — Pastor Pavel Goia

Pastor Pavel Goia knew at a young age that God had called him to ministry. Being born and raised in Communist Romania didn't make following that calling an easy task. After drifting during his teenage years, his life took a turn and he promised to serve God and fulfill his original calling. The events that ensued are chronicled in the book One Miracle After Another: The Pavel Goia Story by Greg Budd. Today he pastors in Kentucky, USA, and is a member of the Ministerial Advisory Committee for the NAD, as well as a doctoral candidate at Andrews University.

Big Tent - Pastor Jean-Noel Adeline

Pastor Jean-Noel Adeline was born in Mauritius and grew up in the Seychelles. He is married to Chantal from Canada, who is also of Seychelles origin. They have two sons, Joshua and Elikiel, who were born in New Caledonia. He obtained a B.Ed in Science in 1993, but later took up Theology and has obtained a Master of Divinity from Andrews University. He currently serves as the Ministerial and Church Development Director for the NZPUC. Jean-Noel is a passionate speaker who has held revival and evangelistic series in 54 countries. His passion is to bring people into a saving relationship with Jesus.

Connections Tent — Pastor David Asscherick

Pastor David Asscherick currently ministers to the Kingscliff Church in the North New South Wales Conference. David is the co-director of Light Bearers and co-founder of ARISE. He has spent the past 16 years travelling the globe, preaching and teaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is the author of God In Pain: Another Look at Evil, Suffering and the Cross. He and his wife Violeta are the happy parents of two boys — Landon and Jabel. They enjoy backpacking, climbing, running, fly-fishing and reading. Pastor Eddie Hypolite is the senior pastor at Avondale College Church in Cooranbong. Eddie is a Londoner by birth, and the youngest of 10 brothers and sisters. His wife Yvonne and daughter Rhea began their ministry at College Church in 2013.

High School Tent — Nimrod Maua

Nimrod Maua was raised in Mt Druitt, Sydney, and is currently living in Bonnells Bay. Nimrod and his wife Renae have five children — Jordan, Jaylen, Antwon, Damon and Faith. He graduated from Avondale College in 2013 and is the associate pastor at the Central Coast Community Church. Nimrod unashamedly loves Jesus and has a passion for helping young people have a powerful experience with Him. He also loves cruising on his Chopped and eating with his mates.
